The Nike Air Max 1 was the talk of the sneaker world for the end of 2009 and beginning of 2010, though we’ve seen a drop in release numbers lately. Back for October is this simple but effective colorway, which boasts a grey suede majority. Helping out at various points is white ballistic mesh. Tying the shoe together is the use of an always popular gum outsole.

As the second installment in the Air Max 1 Omega pack we can see the brand go for a more vibrant colorway. This time around we can see a light charcoal upper with electric green and blue accents seen on the sole, laces, Nike Swoosh and inner of the shoe. This colorway is definitely nicer then the first one in the set and they can be picked up now at select Nike retailers.

Today Nike has decided to give us a first look at their Nike Air Max 1 ND. The shoe will be available to us in multiple colorways and will be releasing as part of Nike’s Fall 2010 Collection. I find the Nike Air Max 1 ND to be very attractive due to it’s simple exterior and with the right colors it can be one of the most attractive Air Maxs.
The sneaker will be coming to us in five colors overall. Most of the sneakers in their collection is available to us in darker colors such as black, grey, and a dark purple. The only light color available in the pack comes to us in orange, although most of the accents on the darker color use yellow, neon, or white. Pre-order a pair now at End. The once exclusive-to-21 Mercer Nike Air Max 1 iD “Try On” has surfaced nearly 6 months after its initial release outside of Manhattan. Sneaker Politics in Lafayette, Louisiana, now has a limited run of these beauties in stock and ready for sale and is the only place to still get them for retail price.
Grey suede and silver mesh combine to form the upper, with the forefoot stripe, top eyelet surround and heel patch making use of black splatters. Not immediately noticeable is the Metallic Silver 3M Swoosh. This shoe is a named the “Try On” as it’s representative of the one given to Nike iD clients who piece together their custom AM1s in the design studio in New York.

Obviously, Nike’s classic running icon is in demand and this leads for a new colorway to be up. The recent color scheme does not use any strong or complicated tone but a mere subtle white and blue combination. As a standard composition of this runner, mesh and leather materials were applied on each distinguishing panel.
Starting on the toe box laid a white mesh pane, white leather mid-section and panel, and blue leather framing that is more likely known as the mudguard. The Swoosh shares the same blue color as well as the top lace holders and Nike Air Max tongue branding.
The ever so popular Max Air unit is of course present in this colorway in a white midsole with transparent heel. For a warmer feel, the inner liner is done up in soft white wool-like material. The white shoe laces create the upper’s total neutrality.
