This summer, Nike will release two pairs of the Nike Blazer Mid featuring an upper based in varsity red that is quilted with gold stitching. The gold is again repeated on the leather Nike Swoosh and the heel to give contrast. Red laces, eyelets, and toebox support the East Asian theme that can be clearly seen in the “NIKE” font used on the heel. The inner liner is set in black. The second pair maintains the same theme but in white/charcoal/gold/red. View detailed photos below.

The return of the Air Jordan 2 Retro White/Black-Varsity Red is set for this Saturday, May 22nd, 2010; however, we are already starting to see it available on eBay in multiple sizes.
This particular sneaker will be the third Air Jordan 2 Retro to release this year ( the others being the white/natural grey-metallic silver and the “Bin 23″ Air Jordan 2 Retro). This OG colorway of the Air Jordan 2 first released in 1986 and later retroed in 2004. The predominately white colored base is constructed of leather and faux lizard skin on the side panels. Multiple black and varsity red appear throughout the base and on the sole. As stated earlier, you can attempt to grab a pair early on eBay.

Just before last Christmas, Nike teamed up with fabric experts Maharam for small run of sneakers that truly exemplified “premium materials.” For this coming Fall, they’ve chosen the Dunk High as their canvas. Canvas itself however, will not be used.
Five total sneakers have been designed, with all of them using the same woven material in different colors. Mixing both bright and subdued leather against these woven sections, Nike and Maharam have applied multiple color blocking techniques throughout the collection. Two pairs rely on blocking we’re used to seeing, while the third and fourth isolate a lone panel. The fifth is treated to a tan textile all over, a white midsole and always-popular gum outsole.
