Nike 6.0 Canvas Dunk Low

Nike 60 Canvas Dunk Low
We’re always talking about simplicity and how simplicity is what many people like. But if there is anything known as “very simple” it has to be the Nike 6.0 Canvas Dunk Low. The sneaker has no details to touch on and honestly, we feel like Nike has gone to simple when they worked on these. We do like them though, they really show us a more versatile look on sneakers and what we can expect to see later on this year.
The Nike 6.0 is introduced to us in a purple canvas upper, along with white accents found on the sole and laces. If you look at the Nike Swoosh it looks white, but at the same time it has that off-white touch. Overall a very clean and simple sneaker, but are they to simple? Give us your take on the Nike 6.0 Canvas by leaving us a comment.

Jordan L’Style One Grey/Silver

Jordan LStyle One GreySilver
It’s the New Year and many people wanna start off fresh and try new things, things like releasing sneakers which are outside of their “safe zone.” Here we have a look at Jordan Brands L’Style One sneaker. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a look at the L’Style, as we saw it in a black colorway about four months ago. We find the sneaker to be very clean and subtle and with the colors that Jordan Brand has meshed with the model, makes the sneaker very simple.
The sneaker comes in a grey colorway. The grey is lightly accented with some silver which is found around the laces. The mesh of the two colors are very nice and as we stated before makes the sneaker look very simple.  Jordan Brand has also decided to replace the laces and include what looks to be two strapes, this is really good for comfort. The sneaker is available at Mita. More pictures available after the jump.

Air Jordan Alpha 1 “Bred”

Air Jordan Alpha 1 Bred
The Air Jordan 1 has been done in every design possible, and when we start thinking that, Jordan Brand comes out with yet another edition, this time in the Air Jordan Alpha 1. These kicks resemble the AJ1 in every way, but when you look closely, you can definitely tell the difference. The first colorway to release will be the beloved Bred edition.
The Air Jordan Alpha 1 “Bred” comes in just that, the traditional Jordan Black and Red. The difference of the Alpha model though, comes in the perforated tongue, perforated toe box, and perforated mid panels. The upper is done in leather, with a black matte finish in the toe guard, side panels, tongue and inner lining, with the rest done in red. To finish off the sneakers, a red sole sits on top of a white mid sole. These will become available later this month, but can be picked up now at ExtraButter.

Nike 6.0 Canvas Dunk Low

Nike 60 Canvas Dunk Low
The Nike 6.0 have never been big on many sneakerheads, aside from some exclusives, the line up is pretty much frowned upon. Whether it be the tongue or the over all style of the shoes released, there’s just not much love for them, so what could make people change their mind? For this year, Nike has been working on some new designs for the 6.0 line up, and here we have the newest edition of the Nike 6.0 Dunk Low Canvas.
This first edition of the Nike 6.0 Canvas Dunk Low comes in the Purple colorway. The entire upper of the shoes comes done in a purple canvas, with a leather Nike Swoosh. White is used for contrast in the Nike Swoosh, the laces, and the tongue tag, as well as in the white vulcanized mid sole. The tongue it self keeps the same style as the rest of the 6.0 line up, but if the Canvas does the shoes any justice is still up to you. Stay tuned for an official  release date.

Nike x Futura Air Force 1 Low Premium

Nike x Futura Air Force 1 Low Premium
Today we get a special look at a collaboration between Nike and famous graffiti artist, Futura. Together they’ve worked on the Air Force 1 Low Premium. The sneaker will release as part of their recently released “Be True” pack. You can really see where the Futura has made his mark, as many of the small details such as the lacelock and tongue has his logo. Overall a simple sneaker with details which are very noticeable.
The sneaker is introduced to us in a white colorway and includes small blue accents on the mid-sole and tongue. Also featured on the sneaker is the word “Be True” placed under the translucent orange sole, the greatest accent of the sneaker. The sneaker is made up of many materials ranging from a leather upper into a perforated side-panel and a patch heel. We’re really liking the sneaker, a great collaboration. Air Jordan 11 “Silver Anniversary”

Air Jordan 11 Silver Anniversary

Signs may point to 2010 starting as “The Year of the 6,” but the favorite silhouette of many sneakerheads, the 11, isn’t waiting long to reappear after the “Space Jam” release. This next Air Jordan 11, dubbed the “Silver Anniversary,” celebrates the 25th anniversary of Jordan Brand.
Currently available in a limited run at Marquee Sole, white patent leather circles the bottom of the uppers. White is used for every surface in fact, with the exception of the silver labels on the tongue and heel, and or course the outsoles are done in icy clear. The standard carbon fiber plate is also used for arch support.

Air Jordan Alpha 1 “Bred”

Air Jordan Alpha 1 Bred

Nike and Jordan love to bring their classics back with new technology and added features. The Air Jordan 1 has been done in a million colorways and materials, but has never been given enough of a makeover to make it a completely different shoe. Until now.
The upper of the original is still used with new materials, like the perforated leather on the toe, tongue and mid-panel. Matte finish black covers the toe box and midfoot, while red is used for the remainder, including the heel and toe areas. These are expected to have a wide release mid-January, but you can grab a pair early at Extra Butter starting now. The OG AJ1 in this colorway was ranked number 2 in our “Best of Bred” list, and the addition of the full-length Zoom bag can only mean good things for this updated classic.
