New Years is right around the corner and as 2010 approaches not only do we start to see the final releases of 2009 but we get a nice little preview of what companies have to offer for the year of 2010. Today we are previewing you with the Nike Sportswear Footwear Spring/Summer Collection.
In this line up you can expect to see some models such as the All Court Mids, a LunarLite Woven Chukka boot as well as many other styles. You can check out some preview shots of some of the sneakers below and stay tuned for more news on this collection.

The Air Jordan XI Retro Space Jam was definitely the most anticipated drop this year. Now I’m sure sneaker retailers new that some sort of mayhem would come with this release but some stores got it a lot worse then others. Most places people simply lined up and dealt with the crowds but some places like Atlanta Georgia they simply broke in and got their sneakers. Below you can take a look at some of the stores that where trashed due to people trying to get the Air Jordan Space Jams as well as the lines that where formed.

This edition labeled the “Carpe Diem” gives an interesting new design to an already great sneaker. With the very first take on the shoe, you can definitely tell the difference from all the other ZKV. To start off, the upper keeps the black leather base, with the Varsity Purple toe guard, heel, and tongue, and the yellow lace holder sides. Other similarities come in the white Nike Swoosh, yellow border, and multicolored laces. The differences though, are clearly seen in the snake-skin like design throughout the front half, as well as the beloved icy sole. These are scheduled to release January 16th at FootLocker locations.

The sunset feature comes throughout the upper, using a yellow front, that fades into orange/red as it moves towards the back. The entire upper has black accents, in suede, as well as a black leather Nike Swoosh. Finishing off the are a white mid sole, as and a red air bubble. Available now at Nike retailers.

One of the most prestigious sneakers that Nike released are the Nike Blazer Mid, next to the Nike Air Force 1’s of course. The sneaker screams simplicity, with a simple model and colors it’s sure to be one of the most sought out sneakers to release. Here Nike pushes through another pair of Nike Blazer Mid ND, including the main essence we just stated.
The upper will consist of a black leather, which is obviously accented with some green, found not only on the tongue but on the eyelet. All of that leather is sitting on top of a crisp white sole, which from what we hear is textureless. If your interested in copping a pair, you can check out Proper as they are carrying them at the moment.

Many of us are looking forward to the new year to see what major sneaker brands are going to be bringing to us but there is still some time left in 2009. With that said, here we bring to you part of Nike’s 2009 December releases which feature a pair of Womens Nike Blazer Mid ND’s.
These Blazers are featured in a black base color with a purple Nike Swoosh and laces as well as a white mid sole. They also have orange inner lining and are made using all leather. You can pick up this colorway now for $85 and more pics are available below.

The two new releases come in suede uppers, using what seems like Holiday colors. The first pair comes in an all red upper, with a black toe box, black lace holders, and black heel tab. The Nike Swoosh, the mid sole, and the laces all come in white. The second pair comes in more of a Christmas theme, using an all green upper, red laces, red Nike heel logo, and a white mid sole, finishing off the shoe with a perforated Nike Swoosh. Obviously, Nike has released a ton of Blazers, Dunks and Terminators throughout the 2009. On the contrary, we have not seen a lot of Vandals this year. Would you like to see more Vandal releases? If so, Nike has answered your call by releasing arguably the best two Vandal colorways of this year.
If you recall, we showed you this Nike Vandal Hi Vintage “Neon Nylon” Pack this past summer and the majority of you were enamored by the color schemes involved. Both are now available at select retailers including Dunk. These Vandal Highs feature 100% nylon uppers combined with a vintage, off-white sole. These two attributes gives this shoe a futuristic and antique feel simultaneously. Nike has been catering to the women through the Terminator model by unloading many different pairs including the “Day & Night” Terminators and the X-Girl x Nike Sportswear Terminator Hi collection just to name a couple. On the contrary, Nike has now released a Terminator for the guys in the form of this “Noise” makeup. It is now available at 21 Mercer St.
It owns a simple yet stylish design similar to its predecessor, the black/metallic silver “Noise” Terminators. This pair owns a sleek, white premium leather base with monochromatic details such as the shoelaces, sole and the perforated swoosh. Its most distinctive elements the metallic silver heel panel and the words NOISE in metallic silver as well, are seen on the heel. This Terminator’s release is accompanied by a matching t-shirt that features the Nike logo. However, the word Noise takes the place of Nike on the tee. Click here to view more photos.
