Along with the Nike Dunk High are cap and shirt designed by Todd Bratrud for the “Brain Wreck” Pack. The sneaker comes in a Grey suede upper with Pink tongue and White/Black sole, and on the heel is the branding that reads: BRAIN (left shoe) WRECK (right shoe). It has the patented brain pattern stitching on the liner which is also a design that appears on the cap’s Pink liner. On the other hand, the shirt also features the same graphic found on the sneaker’s insole. The Nike Dunk High Brain Wreck Pack is now available at selected Nike retailers.
